• Question: Do you like the sound of being a midwife? Why or why not?

      I had a baby about 18 months ago, and so I probably have a different experience of midwives that the guys! I think it would be a really rewarding job. Not only do you get to learn about how the human body copes with the processess of prgnancy, you also get to deliver babies into the world, which is one of the happiest moments of a parents life – and so sharing in this joy with people every day must be very satisfying!
      PS there would also be a lot of poo and sick involved (new born babies do that a lot) – so that would be the downside!
