• Question: Hello! I love learning new things about the how the body works and I was wondering, what is the best thing you have discovered during your research? I'd be so grateful if you were to tell me so I could research in to it myself!

One of the most interesting things I have discovered in my research is how protective the brain is to keep us safe. So if we get too hot, or our oxygen levels get too low, the brain will make our bodies feel tired so that we stop moving around so much, and this helps us because then we don’t need to use as much oxygen and we don’t produce as much heat. The brain is far more clever than any computer we could invent – its fascinating to study it.
