adrenaline is a chemical that is released from the adrenal gland in our body. It gets released when we are stressed, or when we exercise, and it causes our heart to pump faster, our breathing to get quicker, and our blood vessels to dilate. All of these things help send oxygen and fuel around the body better, which is really important when we are exercising.
