      Hi cmorris9,

I think theres loads we can do to extend our lives, I think one is to move around and be active our whole lives! This keeps our muscles nice and healthy, and theres loads of evidence that says if we have healthy muscles, we have a healthy body because whatever happens in muscle affects your whole body.
      Check this guy out: http://edition.cnn.com/2013/05/09/sport/fauja-singh-marathon-oldest
Fauja Singh, he’s 102 and still running, but has obviously been active through his entire life. All of his body has the same functions as a man in his 30’s! By keeping his muscles healthy, he’s been able to live longer and be very happy!
Maybe it isn’t possible to live forever, but we can extend our lives through physical activity and good diet in my opinion

Exercise! Researchers have shown that being physically active throughout life is the best protection against getting diseases later in life like heart disease, obesity, diabetes etc. even people who appear fit on the outside because they are thin, will be really unhealthy on the inside if they don’t exercise. If we stay healthy we increase our chances of living longer.
