      Hi Purplestar,

Nice to hear from you and thanks for your question!
I think I just realised that other things interested me! I was really fascinated by the human body and how it works, its beautifully simple yet massively complex at the same time and at any one second theres thousands of processes happening. I just find that really awesome to be honest!
I really didn’t know what I wanted to be at school, I went through all kinds of dreams and I worked in a bank for 5 years which wasn’t for me! I was always really interested in science so I thought I’ll do that as a degree but never had the intention to get into research as a career. But as I did my degree I realised there was loads we still didnt know about ourselves, so I really want to improve my knowledge and everyones knowledge of what makes us tick.
Don’t be afraid if you don’t know what you want to do when you leave school, I know I didn’t and it turned out ok for me!

      Liam
