      Hi jackpav!

      Sadly yes they have!
Actually just last week I almost messed up an experiment called an ELISA, which I was looking for proteins in a blood sample. This kit I was doing cost £4500! No pressure!
However when things do go wrong, you just have to pick yourself up and keep going! I’d say this is a big personal quality to have in a science career, determination and teamwork are biggys!

Thats an expensive ELISA plate Liam!

I have had a few people pass out or have epileptic fits during studies because of what we are infusing or getting them to do, but nothing too wrong.
