There are many survival stories of people surviving for days in the arctic. There are also reports of humans freezing to death and then being rewarmed back to life! However, these are difficult put a number too. There is a man in scandinavia who is able to withstand the coldest temperatures in comparison to any other human. He can happily swim around the icebergs.
