I think its finding out new things all the time. I learn loads better when I actually do something and find it out myself.
So in my work I noticed that people were getting bigger muscles from training, then I also saw they were getting stronger in exactly the same amount as they were getting bigger, so about 4% in both of them over 6 weeks! So I hit the books and find out the reason why this happens.
It’s a really satifying job!
