      Hi!
      I hope quite a lot! But I know that is probably not true!
      Myself and the team have discovered a lot about the type of training we have been telling people to do, known as HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training.
      We have found that even though when people do really hard exercise, they do not burn any fat, which is against what most people thought before, but people are still losing fat while they do it?! We thought this couldn’t be right and our results were wrong. But we then cut pieces of muscle out of people and we realised that peoples muscles were changing! Their muscles became bigger and more efficient at burning fat which meant that doing things everyday like walking around and general movement burnt more fat. This meant they were less likely to get disease like diabetes and heart disease. One guy we even saved from getting diabetes by reducing his blood sugar so much he was healthy again!
