• Question: Who was your hero as a child?

      My dad was my hero, he seemed to be able to do anything and everything, and he was really good at all sports, which I thought was amazing!

      I think Eric Cantona was my hero. I’m a big football fan and I loved him!

      Bit of a standard answer, but i would have to say my grandad. I could never get my head around how he was so cool and relaxed about spending some many years in the army during the war. He was a mine sweeper and in those days that just involved walking in front of the tanks with what could only be described as an overly long broom trying to check for mines up ahead.
