• Question: with all thermal clothing on, how cold can the temperature be before you freeze?

      Clearly depends on the amount of thermal clothing you have on, the amount of exercise you are doing, the number of calories you can intake, wet, wind speed etc. However, to put a number on it, most humans can tolerate -40C for some time, i’d suggest anything less than this and most people would be potentially freezing to death. Clearly there is a big difference just between people – fitness, health, tolerance to the environment.
